KENDRA'S STORY
My name is Kendra which you may have gathered by now! I am the proud mom to one little boy. He has brought some amazing times and some crazy challenges as I try and navigate motherhood, my business, and my physical and mental health. A military spouse which means I have moved around and had the privilege of working with some amazing people, from all over. I have spent 10 years working with hundreds of clients to optimize their health. My passion comes from wanting everyone to know that they can have a healthy body inside and out that they are proud of without restricting and while living a full life.
A LIFESTYLE
Everyone that I have worked with over the last 10 years, seems to struggle with a similar issue. That is the struggle with balance. Almost everyone seems to be from one extreme to the next. I myself when I first started my journey struggled the same way. Too indulgent and not enough balance. Thinking I could out work a bad diet. Then I hit the other extreme, low carb, low calories, 6-7 workouts a week. I was not happy either way, I finally took a different approach. Average of 4 workouts a week, sometimes more sometimes less. Balanced diet with no restrictions, which mean's, I also was not binging, and daily healthy habits such as water intake, steps, and sleep goals. I was finally happy and healthy and enjoying life. Strong, and fit and not restricting anything or doing crazy workouts! I had a life; I wasn't hesitant to say yes to a birthday party in the middle of the week because I "couldn't" eat that on that day. I was so excited, and I thought I have to share this with everyone that will let me. So now I get to enjoy a balanced life with my family, and I do not miss out on anything life has to offer.
